How Mevlana transformed Stuivenbergplein
When Şahin İliksiz opened his restaurant, Stuivenbergplein was a quiet place with few shops or cafés. Friends didn't think it was a good idea. He went ahead anyway.
After nine years of dedicated work, Mevlana had become a local institution. Today, Antwerp's Turkish community gathers here, and anyone who'd like to join is welcome.
