1. Reservation service
La Dolce Pitta uses the Callyndar platform for online reservations. By making a reservation through this website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Making a reservation
When you book a table, you receive a confirmation via email. A reservation is only valid after confirmation.
- Provide accurate contact info
- Arrive on time
- Inform us of allergies or requirements in advance
3. Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the reserved time, via the link in your confirmation email.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. For cancellations within the 24-hour window, contact the restaurant directly at 03 569 09 00.
4. Party size changes
If your party size changes, contact us as soon as possible. We may need to adjust your table or time.
5. Restaurant rights
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations
- Table assignments are at the restaurant's discretion
- We may release your table after 15 minutes of unannounced late arrival
6. Platform terms
The system is provided by Callyndar. Using it implies acceptance of the platform terms.
7. Liability
While we strive for availability, reservations are subject to confirmation. Neither La Dolce Pitta nor Callyndar is liable for losses from unavailable slots, technical issues, or booking errors.
